Meet Robert Fuhrman, D.D.S., M.S.

When it comes to his profession, Dr. Fuhrman’s goal is to change patients’ lives for the better by providing exceptional, affordable care. He offers highly personalized service catered to each individual’s needs. Most of all, Dr. Fuhrman is continually rewarded by the long-term relationships he is able to build with his patients, and he enjoys creating a fun and comfortable atmosphere within the office.

Education and Continuing Education

Dr. Fuhrman obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in biology in 1995 from the University of Iowa. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2004, and a Master of Science degree and Certificate in Orthodontics in 2006 also from the University of Iowa.

Dr. Fuhrman is involved in all aspects of continuing education — including the latest appliances and techniques, and complex treatment involving surgical orthodontic approaches. He also teaches orthodontic residents as an adjunct clinical professor in the Orthodontic Department at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry.

Personal Life

Originally from Dubuque, IA, Dr. Fuhrman has lived in Davenport for the past eleven years. He has an English bulldog named Winston, and enjoys activities such as tennis, skiing, and fishing. Dr. Fuhrman is very passionate about the outdoors and about education. He is also active in the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce, as he believes it is important to serve and foster growth within the Quad Cities community.
